Barnstaple’s New Attractive Waterfront Development

A prime waterside location in Barnstaple’s historic water front is the latest new development to benefit from Wetherby’s external wall insulation system, breathing a new lease of life into Brunswick Wharf.

Major plans were approved by Torridge District Council for new housing along with a marina, shops, restaurants and cafes as part of a new regeneration scheme that will see the neglected site revived making vital contributions for the local community.

Small Scale Project Win

Wetherby Building Systems Ltd was last night celebrating with Pioneer Wall Cladding & Building Insulation Ltd after their project sporting a Wetherby system won ‘Small Scale Project of the Year’.

The Project Adelphi Road was entered into the category at the Regional Energy Efficiency & Healthy Homes Awards for Greater London.

The aim of the awards is to provide public recognition for the excellent work the Energy Efficiency sector is doing in implementing energy efficiency measures, and helping to encourage best practice within the Energy Industry as it, works to improve UK housing stock.

Wetherby Deliver Growth in South Wales

Following rapid growth of its South Wales operation, Wetherby Building Systems has made significant investment in its fleet, with the introduction of a new 26 tonne wagon to service hard to reach areas of Wales and the West Country.

Due to continuing success of the company’s Bridgend depot, Wetherby Building Systems has introduced a new 26 tonne curtain side wagon into its fleet. Provided by its long-term haulage supplier, Trojan-Mek Limited, the new dual-branded vehicle is fitted with a two tonne moffett fork lift truck to allow mechanical offload and enable deliveries to be made

New Jersey Shop Space Sporting Wetherby EWI System

A Wetherby insulated render system has been used on a NEW three-story flagship building on the corner of Hilgrove Street and Halkett Street in St Helier, Jersey.

The new building has been created in St Helier, sporting a Wetherby Insulated Render System.

Wetherby’s external wall insulation system was specified for the project and installed by MKM Plastering, incorporating 90mm EpsiTherm Insulation and 1.5mm Silicone ‘K’ Finish in 0500N.

The corner building was handled by Camerons and designed by architects TSAssociates, providing a fresh look to the area with 8,500 sqft of retail and storage space.
