FULL MARKS FOR INSTALLER TRAINING

Our training programmes have been highly praised by contractors, installers and end users in our latest customer research, ranking above all other areas of the business for customer satisfaction.

When asked about the content of our training modules, the structure of the programmes, the pace at which the training takes place and the skills of the trainers, almost all of respondents (96%) rated all areas as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’. This outcome is following significant investment in creating dedicated training facilities at our key distribution centres across the UK, demonstrating the positive impact this is having.

Look out for us on the road, we are nationwide!

Following the growth of our nationwide operations, we have partnered with local haulage companies to expand our fleet in the Scotland and South West areas.

Last month Wetherby introduced a new 26 tonne wagon to service hard to reach areas of Wales and the West Country, with long-term haulage supplier Trojan-Mek Limited.

Our more recent collaboration is with our other long standing haulage company Hayston Transport Ltd, based in Scotland.

The dual branded vehicles have been fitted with a two tonne moffett fork lift truck to allow mechanical offload and enable deliveries to be made to previously difficult to access

Meet our new Technical Sales Manager!

Wetherby have expanded operations in the South East with the appointment of a new Technical Sales Manager, Will Jones.

Will has 13 years of industry experience behind him within business development and façade management roles, so he is the perfect fit for us here at Wetherby!

He will account manage and secure new business within the new build and refurbishment sector, while promoting our innovative products and external façade solutions for the off-site construction market. Wetherby are extremely pleased to have him on board and wish him all the best in his role!

Cowshot Crescent seeing great results with Wetherby’s EWI!

Cowshot Crescent in Woking has recently undergone vital refurbishment works to the external walls with the help of Wetherby’s Epsitherm EWI system.

With an existing U-Value of 2.37w/m²K, improving the thermal efficiency of these terraced blocks was high on the agenda for EWIS UK Ltd. With this in mind, Wetherby’s Epsitherm insulation was selected due to the composition of expanded beads of polystyrene and the layer of graphite. The inclusion of graphite ensures the product offers enhanced thermal performance. Dual thicknesses were installed throughout this developement of 50mm and 130mm in order to cover the various levels of substrate meaning
